a) Butyl Sealants
Is a one part sealant based on butyl rubber and inert fillers. It is very quick and easy to apply and forms a flexible skin forming sealant. It provides an economic answer to wide range of general purpose building industry sealing requirements.
This can be used for sealing window and door frame surroundings, for filling irregular gaps and bedding sills, frames and fittings.
b) Silicon Sealant
This is one part. high modulus elastomeric silicone rubber sealant. This can be used for sealing joints in Baths and basins, showers and sinks, glazing systems, sanitary wares etc.
c) Polysulphide Sealants
It is two p'art sealant based on liquid polysulphide polymer, recommended for critical joint sealing aid exhibit excellent adhesion to concrete, brick, timber, glass. The sealant is supplied in composite packs containing a base compound and accelerator which, when mixed becomes tough flexible rubber seal. This is ideal for sealing of expansion, contraction and construction joints.
d) Silicon based Water Repellent Coatings
These coatings when applied to external walls of rain beating area, the coatings repel water and reduces absorption of water.
e) Epoxy Resins
Cracks can be sealed by injection under pressure RCC structures.
f) Epoxy Mortar
Along with Resin. Hardener and quartz sand, motor can be prepared and can be applied to deteriorated concrete surfaces.
